The Challenge

Client Requirements

Vungle contacted us with a temporary internet challenge. Their fixed line installation at their new offices had been heavily delayed and they needed to ensure the 50-person office located in Farringdon had high quality connectivity in place for their relocation date. An online business, they needed to communicate with worldwide clients over email, chat and VoIP, plus hold online meetings with other international Vungle offices (as well as streaming Spotify around the office of course). It was imperative that coverage was spread around the office, and the service needed to be delivered and working within 48hr of the original request.

At such short notice, without a full site survey, Fli-Fi needed to deploy a solution that would work first time.

The Solution

Solution Proposed

Our Gap Connect service included multiple 4G connections to provide Vungle with the internet bandwidth they needed for their office space and user requirements. The solution was integrated into their own office WiFi network, and an open contract meant that they could use it for as long as they needed, until their fixed line internet was installed.

Installation Process

An engineer was deployed on-site to install the Gap Connect solution, and test that it was working effectively prior to the relocation date.

Support Given

All equipment onsite was managed remotely throughout the hire so that alerts were raised in the event of an issue. We provided office hours remote telephone support for the duration of the hire and weekly reports on usage to our main contact.


Vungle was able to be 100% productive from day 1 of their office relocation thanks to the quality of the internet connection, and smooth integration with their WiFi network. Their office relocation was a result of their business growth, and our Gap Connect service ensured that they could maintain this growth trajectory.
