REMOTE SUPPORT

Proactive monitoring behind the scenes

With remote WiFi support, we’ll be keeping an eye on the performance of your network continually. Our management console allows us to monitor the status of every piece of hardware, and network services, with automatic alerts should anything go wrong.

ON-SITE SUPPORT

Proactive monitoring on-site, for instant response times

When you want the added reassurance of a WiFi expert on-hand throughout your event, you’ve got it with Fli-Fi. We’ll send a qualified WiFi engineer to be with you on-site for the duration of your hire, leaving nothing to chance. You can relax, focus on what you do best, and leave the connectivity to us.

For additional support services, e.g. making 3rd party hardware like PDQs and printers work – that’s not included as standard, but we’re happy to discuss extra IT support services to cover this.

Mission Media

Fli-Fi provided a temporary wireless network for a production team at The Old Collins Music Hall in Islington, a concrete structure that goes three levels underground. Hosting the Veuve Clicquot Widow Series event, they saw 300 visitors twice a day for three days. Secure WiFi was installed for the production team, and for payments on the day.

Essex Army Cadets

A training event for the Essex army cadet force required seamless WiFi connectivity for 50 laptops. All laptops had to connect simultaneously via 4G with a minimum of 100Mbps bandwidth for the duration of 1 week.
